I see videos all over Instagram and TikTok promising you that if you do their magical exercise you will get toned
All toned means is being at a low enough body fat percentage for you to see muscle definition that you build with your workouts
Soooo want to look toned? Build muscle and lose fat

Whatβs your experience losing weight by cutting carbs? Was it sustainable for you?
Iβd love to hear your opinions!
The main reason I do not recommend going low carb to lose weight is because it is not a sustainable lifestyle, and results in yo yo dieting.
Also, thereβs really no reason to low carb if your goal is weight loss? Long term, low carb diets do not make you lose more weight when compared to other diets. So yeah, you might lose an extra few pounds that first month, but by the end of your 3-6 month diet, you will have lost the same amount of weight if you had chosen a more enjoyable, sustainable and happy diet. So donβt feel like you HAVE to eat low carb and go easy on yourself π€πΌ

One pan vegetable salmon π
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 3 roma tomatoes
- Small bag of sun dried tomatoes
- Olive oil, salt, pepper garlic powder
- Salmon fillet
- Lemon and fresh garlic
Directions
- chop zucchini, red onion, and Roma tomatoes, and place in a baking dish
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
- Take out of oven and add chopped sun dried tomatoes and a fillet of salmon on top of the half cooked vegetables
- Season and add lemon and/or garlic slices
- Raise temperature to 450 and cook again for 20 minutes
