Have you ever had a Hamman Bath? I had my very first Hamman Bath in Morocco π²π¦ &&& babyyyyy let me tell you!!
I REALLY LOVED IT!
I never thought of having another human scrub my whole body (completely naked)β¦Wellβ¦they do give you disposable underwear but thatβs it!
My hamman bath was followed by a nice 45 minute massage ππΎββοΈ
I left there feeling so REFRESHED! Skin felt so good!

The Morocco Souks are the traditional marketplaces and are often divided into sections for the various trades. You'll see herbalists, spice sellers, metal workers, tanners, and food markets congregated on trade-specific streets. Souks are a maze of alleys and narrow streets, and it's easy to get lost.

Yayyyyy issa Yoga Wheel Wednesdays!!!
Today we're getting into the Gate Pose Wheel or Parighasana Wheel. We are going to stretch the side of the body from the hips and hamstrings to the arm. We are going to open our hearts and reduce neck and shoulder tension. This allows us to breathe intentionally.
