Had to go out for a little run today and ended up here. As I was saying in my story with a bit of a longer run, even when it’s 30-40* it’s a good idea to bring some hydration w/ you. Some days I use plain water, others I add a little to flavor it up. It is the only thing I’ve found for me that is easy on my stomach. Check them and and stay hydrated!
