Thank you to everyone who joined me! It’s actually the first time I did the whole month - I guess TikTok and IG held me accountable! I definitely had this month - when I didn’t want to roll out the mat - but we did it!! Also, some of these exercises were ones I barely do (Boomerang 🪃) so there is a lot of practice to do.
