How many times have you truly failed? The previous week I failed at this same weight, meaning I had to sit my ass down and use the safety bars.
9/10 times we stop ourselves JUST before failure. So most of the time we’re afraid of something that never comes.
How far could you go if you took that fear away? What weight would you try or business would you start? I’m still working on embracing failure and telling myself that if I’m not failing, I can go further. And when I do fail, that’s the best feedback.

Disclaimer: I am a group fitness instructor, I love group fitness, AND I am still able to call out what I see.
I see so many people doubling up on classes, and instructors encouraging them because they want the numbers. More classes does NOT equal more progress. And if you are not seeing change, it is not your fault. If you’re frequently getting injured, that’s your body’s signal that you’re doing too much.
I want you to take classes, get moving, AND have all the information needed in decision making.
