Summer is coming.

Which means rooftop cocktails, beach weekends, bad decisions after midnight, and pretending frozen margaritas are โ€œhydrating.โ€

Winter lets people hide.
Summer audits the situation.

And while we fully support pleasure, chaos, and the occasional regrettable eveningโ€ฆ thereโ€™s something deeply satisfying about walking into a room looking like you own it.

So how do you stay lean without becoming the person who orders grilled chicken at a birthday dinner?

Three rules:
1. Lift heavy things. Regularly.
Muscle is the one luxury item nobody can counterfeit.
2. Eat protein first.
Before the pasta. Before the rosรฉ. Before โ€œIโ€™ll just have a bite.โ€
3. Stop working out like youโ€™re negotiating with your body.
Intensity changes physiques. Comfort maintains excuses.

Train hard.
Eat well.
Drink occasionally.
Repeat recklessly all summer long.
