1-Calorie tracking on myfitnesspal
2-Exercise & hitting 6k steps daily
3-Calorie deficit of 1,750 daily calories
4-8-16 oz of water with each meal

We also gave her a meal plan with her favorite foods and exact macros so she doesn’t have to think about her meals and can enjoy.

-She went through phase 1 of our custom training plan: FOUNDATION (πŸ”‘).

(In this phase we work on form work (mainly multiple muscle group movements) for 6-8 weeks.)
