Denver Broncos linebacker Jonathon Cooper was arrested Thursday night by Parker (Colo.) police and as of Friday morning was in custody in the Douglas County (Colo.) Jail on multiple charges he violated a protection order that had been filed against him earlier in the week.

It is the second time in the last week Cooper has been arrested. In addition to multiple charges from his first arrest, including a felony charge, he now faces four new charges: Two domestic violence charges, one for harassment from repeated phone calls and one for the violation of a protection order, according to records.
