HYROX is now on Thursdays! đź’Ş
This months’s cycle will have one change—Thursday’s will now be Midline/Hyrox. We’re happy to be adding more Hyrox availability during the week, as we know so many of you will be joining us in several races through the next few months!
Thursdays will still have a midline component, but we will focus more on the conditioning required to complete this endurance event, and get those of you who are competing in Hyrox events a little more engine work. Saturdays at 9am will also remain a Hyrox class. Stay tuned for more Hyrox Prep info from us in the coming months!
