This is one of my favourite spine mobility flows for warming up the back, opening the shoulders, and moving through tension slowly. Cat cow helps wake up the spine, puppy pose opens the chest and upper back, and the slower transitions help build control instead of just rushing through stretches. Fidel supervised the whole thing, so honestly… 10/10 form check.
