Hi there!
It’s been a while and have lots of new friends here so I thought I’d reintroduce myself!
I’m Katelyn, founder of Silver Lining Pilates. I created this private Reformer studio in my NYC Stuytown apartment in the middle of the pandemic July 2020. It was my silver lining, being able to bring movement and a sense of normalcy to my students during this rough time. SLP’s has grown into such loving community that I work with weekly both virtually and IRL!
Some fun facts about me…
👰🏻♀️I just got married and am loving wife life.
🐶 I have a cute dog named Toby who is SLP’s mascot and provides kisses and snuggles during sessions.
🤰🏻I specialize in pre & post natal Pilates (baby’s are invited to join sessions! I even have a pack n play in the studio :))
🍫 ☕️ Chocolate and coffee are the way to my heart.
