Someone is sitting in the shade because
Someone planted a tree a long time ago.
How does this saying apply to you? What trees are you planting for later generations?
Share about your tree in the comments.
I will pick one follower to highlight the good they are spreading in this world.

Tell everyone you know: “My happiness depends on me, so you’re off the hook.” And then demonstrate it. Be happy, no matter what they’re doing. Practice feeling good, no matter what. And before you know it, you will not give anyone else responsibility for the way you feel—and then, you’ll love them all. Because the only reason you don’t love them, is because you’re using them as your excuse to not feel good.

What if your 40s weren’t the beginning of the end—but the start of your most meaningful chapter yet?
It’s never too late to bloom 🌺
In this deeply inspiring episode of Bloom with Ansa, I sit down with the incredible Pear Mashour to challenge outdated cultural norms and redefine how women experience aging. Together, we explore how women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond are breaking free from traditional roles and expectations—and stepping into a new season of purpose, passion, and power.
This conversation is a call to action for women who are ready to reclaim their stories, rediscover their identities, and finally pursue the dreams they set aside for the sake of others. We talk about:
✨ Living intentionally and authentically—at every age
✨ Planning for your future with purpose, not fear
✨ How to prepare for the “empty nest” years emotionally and spiritually
✨ Why aging is a liberation, not a limitation
✨ Letting go of social media comparison and returning to your inner self
✨ And why your value is NOT defined by your age, looks, or ability to bear children
If you’re a woman in your 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond—or if you want to live a life of wisdom, alignment, and self-expression—this episode is for you.

Why are so many men and women dissatisfied in today’s relationships?
In this raw and eye-opening episode of Bloom with Ansa, I sit down with Duncan Forbes—a coach and emotional mentor for men—to unpack a powerful and emotional conversation around modern masculinity, emotional healing, unmet expectations, and sacred partnerships. DDuncan Forbes
PART 1: Are Expectations Too High or Are Men Falling Behind?
Are women expecting too much from men, or are modern men simply not stepping up to their role? We explore both sides of the story and question whether society’s evolving standards have created a gap in understanding between the two genders.
🔹 Why women feel unsupported
🔹 Why men feel disrespected or not enough
🔹 Are we raising our boys to become emotionally competent men?
PART 2: Grace in Relationships & Sacred Emotional Space
Duncan shares wisdom on having grace and compassion in relationships. Through his 15 years of work in the fitness and emotional health industry, he’s observed that emotional safety is as necessary for men as it is for women.
🔹 Men and emotional suppression
🔹 Why asking for help is a sign of courage
🔹 Women want men who can hold space—not just hold status
PART 3: What Boys Learn from Relationships
Duncan dives into the concept that our first or second relationship reflects our beliefs about love, our emotional maturity, and our self-worth.
🔹 Men often rely on "bros" rather than emotionally supportive friendships
🔹 Women have culturally built-in emotional outlets—men often do not
🔹 Sacredness of male emotions needs to be normalized and celebrated
PART 4: Missing Rites of Passage for Boys Becoming Men
Unlike women, who undergo clear biological transitions, boys lack a defined path to manhood in the modern world.
🔹 Tribal societies had rituals to initiate boys into adulthood
🔹 Today’s boys are often raised by single mothers without masculine role models
🔹 The child within often ends up making adult decisions
“We are living many lifetimes within one lifetime. Can you grow with someone through all of them?”
🧘♂️ PART 5: Spiritual Growth & Staying in the Relationship
We also discuss the growing spiritual need for grace, forgiveness, and emotional maturity in long-term relationships.
🔹 “Do you want to be right, or do you want to be in a relationship?”
🔹 The untold sacrifices behind old couples holding hands
🔹 Why emotional, mental, and spiritual harmony is the next frontier for relationships
🌿 PART 6: What the World Needs Now — Grace
We live in a world where single parenting is common, children are growing up with emotional wounds, and relationships are treated as disposable.
🔹 Can we teach the next generation to forgive and start again?
🔹 Can we become role models who lead with grace and resilience?
🔹 Can we rebuild relationships as sacred, not transactional?
🎯 This episode is for men, women, parents, and all who care about love, healing, and the future of our relationships.
