Hard times don't last — but the right tools make all the difference. 🤍

Here are 3 techniques that have helped me get through my toughest seasons:

1️⃣ Stay present — the past is done, the future isn't here yet. All you have is now.
2️⃣ Practice self-care — you can't pour from an empty cup. Take care of your body and mind first.
3️⃣ Express gratitude — even the smallest things count. Shifting your focus shifts everything.

Save this for the next time life feels heavy. 💛

Awwww, I’m so touched by these gorgeous reviews from my talk yesterday at my old school! 🥹✨
It was incredibly special to go back and share my journey — from Manchester to Sydney, Silicon Valley, New York, and beyond — and hopefully inspire the next generation to believe in themselves and what’s possible.
I’ve had a lot of messages asking about career advice and coaching, so I’m opening up 3 coaching spots for anyone looking for support with: • Career direction • Confidence & personal branding • LinkedIn & networking • Interviews & job searching • Navigating career change or growth in the age of AI
First come, first served — DM me if interested 💫

It was incredibly special to be invited back to my old school, , to speak with sixth form students about my career journey from Manchester to Sydney, Silicon Valley, New York, and beyond.

I shared how learning Sales, NLP, and happiness strategies completely transformed my life — helping me build resilience through grief, uncertainty, and some incredibly difficult periods, while ultimately leading me to become a top-performing global sales professional.

One of the biggest messages I wanted students to take away is that you do not need to have everything figured out at 18. Your path can evolve in ways you never imagined if you stay curious, keep learning, and continue backing yourself through the hard moments.

You’ve graduated. Now what? 05/12/2026

One of the biggest mistakes graduates can make in 2026?

Assuming career success is only about landing the highest salary.

I’ve just been reading this fascinating research from ADP Research, which analyzed more than 409,000 young workers across 53 U.S. metro areas using hiring rates, wages, and affordability data.

The findings highlight something important:

The geography of opportunity is changing.

Graduating in 2026 means stepping into a cooler, more competitive labor market, particularly for entry-level roles. And in a world where AI is increasingly automating repetitive junior tasks, graduates need to think far more strategically about where opportunity actually exists.

What stood out to me most is that many of the strongest cities for graduates weren’t necessarily the “obvious” choices.

The best-performing metros balanced:

• hiring momentum
• wage growth
• affordability
• long-term career opportunity

That combination matters far more than headline salary alone.

A six-figure starting salary in one city can still leave graduates financially stretched.

Meanwhile, another market may offer:
→ faster progression
→ lower living costs
→ stronger hiring demand
→ better quality of life
→ greater long-term wealth creation

This is why career strategy now matters more than ever.

The graduates who thrive in this next era won’t just focus on:
“Where pays the most?”

They’ll ask:
• Where is hiring actually growing?
• Where can I build meaningful experience fastest?
• Where can I afford to live well while developing my career?
• Which industries and cities are investing in future skills?
• How do I combine AI literacy with uniquely human skills?

The future of work isn’t only changing what we do.

It’s changing where opportunity lives.

You’ve graduated. Now what? The job market for entry-level workers has cooled, but some metros still stand out.

Hi, I’m Emma.

This video is a little different.

Right now, I’m navigating something deeply personal. My mum has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. And in a moment, everything I thought mattered… shifted.

What’s left are the human skills.

The very things I’ve always talked about: communication, compassion, courage, creativity, and curiosity.

But now, I’m not teaching them.
I’m living them.

This is me sharing what that looks like, honestly, not perfectly.

If you’re going through something hard, or just trying to find your way, I hope this reminds you of what really matters.
