Our group workouts are specifically designed for experienced athletes seeking to push their performance to the next level. These advanced sessions focus on functional strength training, high-intensity conditioning, and advanced techniques to help athletes maximize their strength, power, and endurance. Participants will benefit from expert coaching in a challenging, fast-paced environment with like-minded individuals.

We follow 8 week strength cycles where each weeks builds on the prior.

On Saturday we kicked off our 12th year of running our Proud community workouts!

We continue to be grateful for all of the support the community brings us. Our next set of Proud community workouts is in June, but in the meantime you can find us daily at our workout studio in Chelsea - offering experienced group workouts and personal training.
