High Intensity Interval Training at its finest

Created by Kristi Molinaro. 30/60/90® is HIIT Training at its finest. 30/60/90 has no confusing choreography and no girly moves. It is a scientifically combined series of cardio drills in a high-intensity interval training format designed to get you (and keep you) in the best shape of your life. Unlike basic cardio workouts, 30/60/90 requires you to move in spurts in conjunction with a cardio strength workout that will rev up your metabolism even after you’re done working out.

Anyone else missing these days before social distancing?? 70 people crammed into a room that fits 45 comfortably 🤣 Literally sweating on top of each other! There was once a event that was so sweaty that people thought I had rented a smoke machine for special effects! 😳 Well, we have over 8 years of monthly routines taped and archived and I’ve added the first one from July 2013 and it’s totally free on the streaming site for the next week.
