Saying goodbye to beautiful British Columbia and stunning Vancouver. We visited Capilano Bridge Park, the Totems, Whistler, and if that wasn't enough my wonderful family! Way too short, but the best way to end an amazing 2 weeks of pure perfection in the Pacific Northwest! 🌲❤️

Quarantine is not, and has not gotten us to stop! A few times a week for 8 weeks Mimi was on line through Zoom, FB and IG Live offering FREE classes to all, and to every-body as it’s been since 2010. Classes in Yoga, Pilates, YogaLates, Meditation, and Wellness Seminars such as Getting Better Sleep, etc.
As we forge ahead in true warrior fashion we’ll do so adjusting what and where we need to in order to have that all important time we need to keep ourselves happy and healthy in mind, body, and spirit. Around here we call it “Me-Time” because, now more than ever spending some quality time with yourself as you’re guided with care by Mimi is not an indulgence, but rather a necessity in order to stay strong through your physical, mental and emotional bodies. This is how we continue to be, and give the best ourselves.
