Monday Morning Journey Dance on October 16th @ 9:15am. ABC Sanctuary, 638 East 6th St-East Village (3rd floor) $20pp. Join us as we dance for love, joy, compassion, sorrow, connection and presence!

There is a lunar eclipse on Feb 10th -11th. It is an opportunity for us to focus our attention on the relationship with ourselves and others. Do you ever listen to your heart so deeply, can you hear its voice? What better way to bring awareness to what the heart is yearning for than by expressing ourselves through movement. Join me for a 2 hour journey of expression, embodiment and experience guided movement, meditation and ritual.
