Hello! My name is Rei Love. I teach people how to dance SOCIAL DANCES, BALLROOM DANCES. I am thankful to everyone who does not "pass" by, read the post to the end and share it with friends. Maybe right now they are looking for a good dance instructor?!😉

I was born in a little town (Rostov, south of Russia, then still the Soviet Union). I always desired to wear good clothes and shoes, but in the USSR, there was no choice nor money. I wanted to travel, I desired to see the world and I wanted to excel at something, to be the best, and I wasn’t afraid to work hard to achieve my goals.

There was a dance studio next to the home. I started studying dance there at age 6; that was my way out of the reality and challenges of everyday life.

I started to compete when I was 7 years old. At first, I traveled all over Russia and later worldwide. I rehearsed every day for at least 6 hours. I took lessons with all the famous coaches with whom I could.

And then I start to instruct people how to dance. And I approached it with the same love with which I danced. Constantly studied new instruction methods, the body's structure, and the biomechanics of the movement. Studied various styles and ways. I have more than 15 years of experience training people and more than 300 students worldwide.

And a couple years ago I came To New York in the middle of the world, which I couldn’t even imagine, it was my sacred dream! And nowadays I can share with you my experience. I grant you not just a lesson lasting one hour, but one hour plus the experience of my whole life➕1️⃣

It sounds exciting: reduce stress by 68% after minutes of reading a book.

Why is this happening and how does it work?

My regular clients are aware of this abbreviation - DBS (default brain system). DBS is a few sections of the brain that are included when we are immersed in ourselves, thinking.
Evolutionarily, this aggregate of nerve centers provided animals with the ability to understand the relations with each other in the members of their pack, group, and then in humans — the tribe.

The ability to grasp these relationships between people develops the intellect — our ability to “see the invisible,” to conceptualize the connections between various elements of the social situation.
It was DBS that taught us to invent stories - from the plots of rock paintings, fairy tales and myths to the mental chewing gum, which we constantly scroll through in our head.

Unfortunately, its content is so-so, consisting mainly of “scandals, intrigues, and investigations.” Which, of course, not the best way affects our emotional state and introduces stress.
Now imagine that you pick up a book and start reading ...

Yes, your DBS is populated not by the usual stressors that you habitually carry in your head (who told you what, why he did it, that now you must do this, etc.), but by the book’s heroes or scientific facts, for example, if you read something from non-fiction.

That is, the DBS before this turned your stress, your feelings, your problems, and now - once, and all this “good” is being forced out of it: the heroes of the narration begin to act in DBS, scientific theories unfold. You switch from unpleasant to something exciting.

Inside the DBS, something like a substitution of players takes place - those that are injured go to the substitute bench and those that interest you begin to use the power of your brain so that you can “see” inside yourself those stories that are able to carry you and give you pleasure.

Do not chase after happiness!

Because you do not know what exactly will make you happy. You may have been told that happiness comes with something and something, and therefore you think that you know what you need. But believe me, happiness is not done. The happiness of each individual.

One is happy because he feels support in a close person, the other - because he is busy with work that he is really interested in, the third - because there are things that give him pleasure. But who is this person, what is this business and what is this thing exactly in your case? This is a strange tip.

Do what you internally consider important, and let your happiness find you.

Learn to be grateful for what you have, rather than worrying about what you don't have. This rule looks, of course, pessimistic. But do not rush to conclusions, and reflect on it.

If you are happy with what you have, you are optimistic and open to new things. So, you will definitely do something, and something good in your life will definitely appear. If you are always dissatisfied with everything, then you will not be happy with the new opportunities, and therefore the wealth of your life will not increase.

So being grateful for what you already have is a special, healing feeling.

"We always find ourselves where our brain has led us."

Indeed, it often happens that we consciously strive for one (for example, lose weight), and the brain forces us to do something just the opposite (in this case, it is, and, a lot, tasty). As a result, we seem to want to get into one place (slimness), but find ourselves in another and directly opposite (overweight).

At the same time, consciousness with grace hides this underground and counter-revolutionary work of the brain from us - it comes up with all sorts of explanations, absurd excuses. In general, he puts forward any insidious ideas - if only we had not guessed that we cast ourselves into all this fornication (well, you understand how we eat and get fat).

And here to bring the actions of his own brain to clean water, and the mind to present the irrefutable facts of his collaborationism, use this technique:
1) formulate your goals
2) then make a list of the actions you perform to achieve each of these goals,
3) and then add (you can use a pen of a different color) those actions that you, in an amicable way, would have to do in order for the corresponding goals to be realized.

I suppose you will see a very remarkable picture, and you will learn many new things about yourself ...
