The Grind was Everything 🥊
Want to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year .. Do to the demand and not having enough open slots I will be adding small group training , with individual attention . Some of my clients are at a point where they need to be challenged and a small Team Oriented environment is where that will happen . To the athletes that play HS or Team sports , this is where you will level up not only your conditioning but your mental game as well . This element / Team will be for serious individuals only ..

Took a ride with Jr to visit our good friend Chino before he shuts down the very gym many young kids learned how to become men , myself included .. although Chino is changing physical locations the vibe , energy and culture will undoubtedly transfer into the new space .. Wishing you continued success and new memories in your New Space .. Always remember the more things change , the more they stay the same 🙏🏽🥊
