Nothing feels better than regular exercise. It gives you that happy, healthy glow that other people can see, beyond the changes to your level of fitness. Here’s the thing, though… it only works if it’s regular. If you’re inconsistent, it will always be harder to get started again after you take a break. Stick with your fitness routine and you’ll feel better every day!

At Ludlow Fitness, we know that it can sometimes be challenging to keep up with your workout routine. Studies have shown that just thirty minutes of moderate exercise, three days a week, can elevate our mood, reduce stress, and generally improve our mental and emotional health.

If you are working out but not seeing results, remember that consistency is key! 🔑
Work on the consistency at which you exercise and make sure you stay at it. Exercise and fitness should be about living a healthy lifestyle and continuing that lifestyle for the rest of your life. With that, you HAVE to find a level of consistency within your workout routine. That doesn’t mean that you have to work out every day or keep the same schedule, but it does mean making sure that you are regularly working out.
