Be Be pass away by yesterday morning, I love her forever!

I write as the proud owner of Bo Bo Bicycles to set the record straight about the actions of Mr. Marcus Calloway who has written some harsh comments about this establishment.

The store's first dealing with him was to inflate his tire (for free and to give him a free water). Fully one month later he came back claiming he had a problem with his bike, and demanding $24 dollars claiming his present problems were related to our providing air to his wheel a month earlier. We, of course, had no idea what our providing free air had to do with his bike issues. Nothing as far as we could see, so we declined the request.

At that time he became quite violent and physically pushed me down several times, kicked me and otherwise was very abusive, physically and verbally. My wife was also in the store and very upset by it all, as well as personnally endangered. Some of it is on video, including the fact that I did not fight back, I am not a violent man, but instead tried to calm him down. When I suggested we call the police and my wife did so, he fled, but was aprehended by the police nearby as he tried to escape what he had done.

He has been charged by the Manhattan D.A. with 7 counts, including assualt, menancing and criminal possession of a weapon and other charges equally serious.

I seek no vengence at all, but I cannot stand by and have my good name and my store's reputation besmerched by a person who was wrong from the outset and only a compounded his mistakes by becoming verbally and physically extremely abusive. He caused great distress to myself and my wife at the time and still to this day. But it is really very upsetting and just wrong to see it continue now with his comments on my store's website, so I feel I need to reply in writing now, even though I would have much preferred to put the matter to rest.
