Keep it simple stupid! Simplicity is key!

As much as I enjoy cooking, I enjoy summer even more. I keep my food prep really simple so I have time to enjoy all the things I want to do! On the video above I choose to cook white turkey meat with tomato sauce over white rice.
It took me about 45 min to cook enough to last me 5 days ( I have two of these meals per day) plus a delicious protein shake, an egg white omelet and whatever I want for dinner - during the summer I allow myself to eat 75% and 25% decent.

Good morning! I just realized that I haven’t had a gym workout in over 30 days!🏋🏾

So far, just like everyone else who don’t have access to the gym, I’m exercising at home doing body weight exercises, resistance bands etc - I must say that although I miss training with weights and gym equipment - I have been keeping up my fitness level 🦾💪🏽
My eating has been very clean 🥦🥑( I would say 90%), but because I’m home for a longer period of time, I’ve been eating a little more than usual.
This morning I hit 207 lbs on the scale ( I’ve gained 1 lb the last 30 days) and measured around 11% body fat. I’ll TAKE IT! ✅
During these times, I completely understand that it can be hard to get the motivation to exercise, cook healthy meals and put yourself together. Especially if you don’t have those habits in place to start with.

This is my quick and dirty version of triceps and lats workout if I’m pressed for time ( which is often with my busy training schedule )
In 12 minutes I bang 4 sets of each exercise and get these muscles a decent workout. They are
- Single arm push downs w band (hands pronated - palms facing down and hands supinated - palms facing up) .
- Single arm dumbbell rows - I like to perform this movement bringing my working arm towards my hip to increase range of motion and target upper lats.
- Moderate speed skier - for 3 minutes - focusing on breathing and form.
