These 2 exercises engage and stabalize every single muscle of the body......the one up top is very advanced, I advise anyone not to try it until you've mastered a normal plank on both forearms on the floor.
However, if stomach gets in the way, try it with both hands on the floor with arms straight and shoulders align exactly with hands

1.Start by standing straight on one leg
2.Go down with a slight bend in the knee that's on the floor
3.stomach is totally parallel to floor when down.
4.maintaining a neutral spine/flat back
5.Return to starting position

SEATED CALF RAISES.
This exercise works the outter part of the calves(soleus), whereas the STANDING CALF RAISES work the lower part of the calves (gastrocnimeous).
Most people don't know that, they think if they work one they don't have to work the other...not true.
