Your Saturday and Monday should look identical when it comes to executing your goals. We tend to have a drop off as the week comes to a close. That doesn’t mean you can’t take a mental break every now and then, but it’s vital to maintain discipline and consistency to be successful. Power through the rest of the week and reap the benefits.

Happy Monday folks! This is a routine I got from many years back. I incorporate it every year to jumpstart my deadlift program. The goal is to reach 605 by the beginning of 2022. It doesn’t look like much, but it really helps me bring up my deadlift.

Through I recently was given the opportunity to lead 3 virtual workout classes for Spring Into Fitness Spring Sampler. It was a great learning experience and an awesome opportunity to enter the virtual space. My goal is to grow everyday to be the best trainer possible and I am grateful for every opportunity that helps me do so.
