Your Saturday and Monday should look identical when it comes to executing your goals. We tend to have a drop off as the week comes to a close. That doesn’t mean you can’t take a mental break every now and then, but it’s vital to maintain discipline and consistency to be successful. Power through the rest of the week and reap the benefits.

This is my favorite finisher on Pull Day. If your gym doesn’t have a hex bar it works just as well with a barbell. I like a :30 work/:60 rest interval for as many rounds as I can muster. Tag me if you give it a try on your next back workout.

Happy Monday! Let’s get into this single arm dumbbell complex. Follow along with the video doing each exercise for the prescribed number of reps all on one side before switching to the other hand. 3-5 rounds per side should make for a great workout.

Happy Monday folks! This is a routine I got from many years back. I incorporate it every year to jumpstart my deadlift program. The goal is to reach 605 by the beginning of 2022. It doesn’t look like much, but it really helps me bring up my deadlift.

Just a quick tip on how to train if you ever get injured. Make sure you talk with your doctor to find alternative ways to train to not further your injury, and don’t get too discouraged. Injuries happen, but it’s not the end. Rest, recover, and find some safe ways to train until you’re back at 100 percent.

Through I recently was given the opportunity to lead 3 virtual workout classes for Spring Into Fitness Spring Sampler.
