We’re happy to announce a new class and teacher on the yoga schedule! Terri Hargrove from Yogaterrium will be teaching an intro to Kundalini class each Wednesday at 6pm ✨ first class is April 3, we’ll see you there!

My favorite purchase was actually a micro current device I bought though. Micro current works by delivering an electric current to the muscles, strengthening and tightening them to lift and tone the face. This is my before + after from ONE TREATMENT! These photos were taken 15 minutes apart!! 🤯
