Happy Anniversary to my best friend, partner in all and love of my life. So thankful we’ve been able to go through this crazy life together, all the good and not so good. Together , we are stronger , happier and definitely funnier ( at least to each other ). Looking forward to many more shared adventures and opportunities . Love you more than ever !

Finally! Fit by Karla Studio is able to resume one-on-one personal training sessions starting Monday 7/13/2020. I will be implementing new protocols to ensure the health and safety of my clients and their families. Once I know all the guidelines, I will post on what the requirements will be. Looking forward to helping everyone resume their health and fitness journeys! See you in the studio.

Due to state mandates and CDC recommendation, until further notice, all training sessions at Fit By Karla Studio are suspended. I hope to be back to supporting all my clients in their health and fitness journeys very soon. At this time, my biggest concern is the health and safety of my family and yours.
