Youth Strength and Condirioning starts Monday 12/19 7pm.

Sessions: 25
Cost $500 ($20 per session)
Duration of each class: 1hr
Our focus is to build strength, endurance, mental toughness and having fun doing so.
If you want your son or daughter to tryout a class bring them on any of the following dates.

We know it’s Christmas therefore we will work with any parent to split up the payment.

Today our squad of warriors built their own Workout by taking one exercise from the 6 categories posted on the board.
Core, Legs, Back,Shoulders, Chest & Cardio
We train and teach our squad fitness.

Our youth Winter Strength & Conditioning Program is coming to an end.
Now taking registrations for the Spring/Summer Strength & Conditioning Program.
Start date Monday, April 4th
End date: Wednesday, June 29th
Sessions meet every Monday & Wednesday
Times: 7pm (10-12yo) & 8pm (13yo-HS)
Total Sessions : 26

It’s been awhile since we have posted pictures of our STRONG Athletes training. Here is what we have been doing this winter.
Another program starts this March.
We run a 3 month cycle and meet 2x per week.
Age groups are 10-12yo and 13-HS.

Winter workouts begin TOMORROW!
7pm (ages 10-12)
8pm (ages 13-HS)
We have room for approximately 2-3 kids in each group. Each age group is capped at 12 kids.
The program focuses on building Strength, Endurance and Muscle.
Beginning a strength-training program is a great way for kids to get involved in fitness. In addition to building muscle strength and endurance, it also improves self-esteem and will help to create a great fitness habit that will last a lifetime.

Ages 10-12 (Monday & Wednesday 7pm)
Ages 13-High School (Monday & Wedneaday 8pm)
26 one hour training sessions in total.
The workouts vary week by week and focus on mental toughness, teamwork, strength and conditioning.
The workouts yield weight lose, full body development, endurance, confidence, agility and strength.
Don’t let you son or daughter sit around during the winter.

13- High School Strength and Conditioning Program.
We start Wednesday December 1st through Monday February 28th.
We meet every Monday and Wednesday at 8pm.
This program involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and overall performance.
The group is limited to 12 kids.
