Here's a mini workout to get you started....

Wanna spice up the normal boring plank?
Try lifting an arm for 5 seconds, alternate these for 40-60 seconds
*p r o t i p : stay as square as possible, imagine balancing a coffee on your back and you don't want to spill it (cause coffee = Life)
