Hey everyone, my friend Tara has been face with some very huge challenges in life. A woman who has started two successful businesses, is a mom of two beautiful children and an all around good person. As life has a way of throwing a curveball in our lives, she’s been faced with several. Due to no fault of her own doing, she’s lost her businesses, her home and has been diagnosed with cancer. Her brother created a go-fund me page which she was reluctant to partake in which speaks to her character. But it’s good that he did. I’m going to include her go-fund me page link in my bio. Let’s help her begin getting back on to her feet, so she can rebuild her life as a strong as a mom, business woman and woman. **kcancer 🦍

Wow. I just now realized that I had this pic of my graduation from for “advanced personal training”! I was shocked that I had graduated let alone, be on the Dean’s list for my tenor. So it was least to say a shock to receive an email from the Dean Vincent Metzo to be the commencement speaker! I had to look that up to find what the task would entail. I remember all too well how emotional it was for me. I’d never had spoken in an open forum surrounded by such prestige as well as in front of family and friends. All I saw was black before me I was so nervous. After a long wait of pressing silence, I broke it by saying a nervous joke “well... this is obviously my ‘first’ commencement speech” which worked like a charm. The education I received has been proven to be immeasurable in my career! Who would’ve thought after 14 yrs locked away in the mountains “Max prisons” etc I would experience what I have thus far! Crazy I know! What’s even crazier is what’s next to come! Stay tuned...

It’s always wondrous how I’m always just bumping into my very good friend 📸 (even at 5 a.m in the morn after my first private session)who’s camera I swear has a shotgun holster attached to it how fast 💨 she pull is out! Lol I love my far friend and outstanding photographer. If only this world 🌎 were fair, you’d be known as one of the greats!!!

I don’t know why I haven’t posted the transformations of the amazing people I’ve worked with! I guess I hold it as our own personal accomplishments!!
