Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, structured practice that links breath with a set sequence of postures. Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, it uses rhythmic breathing, gaze, and internal energy locks to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This steady, guided flow helps reduce stress, support the nervous system, and deepen the connection between breath and movement - while allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Join Saturday, May 30th at 3PM for a class that blends movement, music, and strength.
This pop-up combines the core-focused work of Pilates with elements of dance, including reggaeton and foundational breakdance, along with hip-focused movement. You’ll build strength, improve mobility and posture, and work on coordination in a way that feels engaging without being overwhelming. We’ll finish with a short HIIT segment to support endurance.
All levels are welcome—come move, learn something new, and ease into the rhythm.

Step into a more powerful, embodied practice with and . This energizing, hands-on workshop breaks down the 26+2 sequence in a way you can truly feel-through dynamic demos, focused drills, real-time posture insights, and partner-assisted practice that gets you learning by doing.
Discover how each posture is meant to support your body, build confidence in your movement, and leave with practical tools you can use right away. This workshop is open to all students, teachers, and trainees.
What to Expect:
A hands-on, engaging exploration of the 26&2 (Bikram) sequence through partner work, creative drills, and real-time posture breakdowns that help you truly understand and refine each alignment.
You’ll move, explore and collaborate while learning practical assist techniques and discovering what your body needs in each posture.

A deeper understanding of alignment based on your individual needs
Techniques to help you break through plateaus in your practice

Settle in however you feel called - lying down, seated in meditation, resting, dreaming, journaling, or simply being. Allow yourself the space to receive as you’re guided through soothing sounds of harmonium, Sanskrit mantra, and crystal singing bowls.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel at ease-journals, crystals, malas, or simply yourself.
