Congratulations trieverything , Wincheng Lin & Alison Kreideweis on dominating at the Quassapaug Sailing Center Open Water Swim this past Saturday in Middlebury, CT.

This open water swim festival offered 3 different swim distances, 1/2 mile, 1.5 mile and 3 mile. Win & Marty raced all 3 and both placed on the podium in their respective age groups in all 3 swim events! They are truly unstoppable, and their teammates could not be more proud!

Congratulations Blaise Barron & Liz West for holding it down back at home at the Central Park Duathlon and both making podium appearances!

Big wins from Empire Tri Club over the weekend. Szabi raced Ironman Copenhagen, taking nearly an hour off of his previous personal record, after extremely dedicated training and working 1:1 with an Empire Tri Club coach, to finish in 9:06 and earn a spot to KONA!

Coach Marty, trieverything & Wincheng Lin took on a marathon swim at the beautiful calm waters of the Alpha Win Racing Lake George open water 10K swim!

🏊 BEGINNER SWIM CLASS IS HERE!

Have you always wanted to do a triathlon but feel like your swim is holding you back? This is your chance to build the skills and confidence you need in the water.

Join Team USA athlete and expert swim coach Marty Munson for a supportive, small-group class designed specifically for beginner swimmers. You’ll improve your technique, become more efficient in the water, and gain the confidence to tackle your next triathlon.
