Palango! is a simple, fun, and intense cardio-toning and endurance group exercise class that combines the best of the Latin music and movements with powerful fitness moves from boxing, Capoeira kick boxing, Muay Thai knees and other elements of traditional martial arts.

Take the “work” out of workout! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. This class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
