Spring ‘26 Practice is underway!

Cohoes Esports teams visit University at Albany SUNY Campus! We got to tour the campus on a beautiful day as well as visit the Arena! What a great trip!

Congratulations to Hayden for clinching a Spring ‘25 playoffs berth! He will be the no. 25 seed going against the no. 8 seed Timber Creek High from Orlando, FL!

Thank you Bryant & Stratton college for inviting us to check out your new Esports setup! It was really awesome and I can’t wait to have our players check it out soon!

Our players are so excited to play the first game of the spring season with their new headsets! Thank you!!!

Grand opening of the SUNY Schenectady Esports Arena! Glad I got to be a part of this momentous event and was super impressed with what they have created on campus! Lots of opportunities for competitive esports. Will be visiting with our players for a full tour soon!

From the Cohoes Schools April Newsletter! Congratulations to our Smash Bros team for being the two time back to back undefeated NY state champions! They will be competing in Nationals starting May 20th for a chance to win a scholarship! I’m very proud of how far this team has come and all the hard work they put in to improving their skills. Go Tigers!!!

Smash Bros tournament at Voorheesville was a great success! Lots of players from local schools showed up to compete in a double elimination tournament. Our very own Devin got 2nd place! Congrats to all players and thank you for having us! Look forward to the next one!

Our Smash Bros team with their Fall ‘23 NY State Championship trophy from ! Congratulations to our players for playing their absolute best and I know they are ready to lock in and go for that back to back title!!! Go Tigers!!!

Esports visited Hudson Valley Community College! Our players got to meet some of HVCC’s esports players and get some games in with them. Also had some great conversations with their head Esports coach. Thanks for having us and we hope to do it again next year!
