In Person. This small-group Pilates plus props class raises awareness of inattentive/hyperactive behaviors and teaches tools for centering, focusing, and slowing down. Participants develop core strength and stability, body awareness, and self-regulation through the mind-body connection. It is appropriate for participants with ADHD, attention issues, mild sensory issues, executive functioning deficits, and/or anxiety. No formal diagnosis is necessary.

In Person. This Pilates mat class, specially designed for teens, teach movement with purpose and mindfulness. Strengthen, stretch, and improve coordination and balance in a friendly and fun environment. Pilates helps achieve better posture and movement strategies for playing sports and musical instruments and for studying long hours. It builds awareness and helps create healthy habits and movement patterns to prevent back and neck issues as adults.

Many factors can weaken pelvic floor muscles, including pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, aging, and being overweight.
If these muscles weaken or become too tight, you may lose bladder control when you sneeze, cough, exercise, or experience lower back, pelvic, or hip pain.
Join us for an intimate conversation on a private matter in a safe, encouraging environment.
Workshop 2: Strengthen the pelvic floor, including variations of Kegels and reverse Kegels, as well as other complementary exercises. Wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a towel or mat.
