It’s not the climb that gets ya…it’s the fall! to the infamous day I almost learned that lesson the hard way
For today’s here is my fifth set of 54321 of my program
I was shooting for 375 lbs but chose to keep it at 365 not to overdue it since it’s my first month back to and to be smart about not putting too much stress on my lower back which has been tender of late…
That being said I’m pretty happy with the loads leading up to this weight and also realized I should have done a slightly more on the preceding seeding to 365 being 2 reps and not requiring as big of a jump in weight from 4th to 2 rep to the final 1 rep set
I say this ☝🏼 bc the heavier you go the more you feel the loads meaning 10 pounds feels a lot heavier when you get up into the 350s then it does at 225 therefore if I would’ve started a little heavier and increased the loads a little more on the preceding sets, I could likely have gotten 375 because I wouldn’t have felt the jump as severely
All that being said, I’m happy with how I’m feeling where my physical weight is versus the weight I’m able to push and pull and where my mindset is gotta love
The DNA were a competition is hard to come by. It’s very good for your to find healthy competitive outlets

After a long hiatus from I am back on my this clip is from Friday’s last set of five sets of five.
In watching the video back, I’m feeling like that Box is just a little too high, but I do like that allows me to work with heavier loads and since my form is on point for traditional squats, I’m OK with it being just a an inch or so too high
are my favorite day obviously you get the ego boost from pushing heavier weights, but from a functional standpoint, it does allow you to increase your loads for traditional squats!

Hi everyone, here’s a personal note on bodily dysphoria something I’ve battled all my life and over these last few weeks has been really hitting me hard as I’ve adjusted to carrying more weight than I typically do from being off my diet and not working out as intense as I typically do.
It was actually a blessing in disguise to help me do a mental reset on my connection to my physique and highlight just how good of shape I’m typically in and give me an even deeper appreciation for that and my ability to push my body to achieve performance as well as aesthetics
Well, I didn’t enjoy feeling uncomfortable. I did enjoy the mental fortitude. It provided me by forcing me to address my connection to my body and allow me to find ease in not being in the typical shape that I am in.
While not back to my ideal body composition, I am in my way and enjoying the process getting back into top-top shape
I hope is that this video and pictures serve as motivation and inspiration for you in your own .
