Raise your hand if you had an amazing time at ? It’s not every day that Olympic and Paralympic athletes get to be recognized, brought together, and invested in. If these athletes had the resources, representation, and acknowledgement they deserved, weekends like this would be common. But they aren’t. We need more intersport solidarity. We need more men stepping up to support women’s sports like Flavor Flav ⏰, JOE LEWIS COMPANY (JLC), and the leaders at 72andSunny have done. We need more brands like Invisalign to show up in deep and meaningful ways. We need more Flavor Flav’s SHE Weekend weekends! When athletes come together, their collective power grows. We help younger generations find the role models they’ve been looking for, we help current athletes maximize their athletic potential by lifting economic burdens, and we help athletes find pathways to future career opportunities with the brands in the room. It’s a win, win, win when “she” becomes “we.”

We are so proud of our staff member Samuel C. Phillips! Sam is one of three individuals to be awarded The 2026 Billie Jean King Youth Leadership Award, which celebrates leaders harnessing the power of sports to tackle society’s most pressing challenges.
