What a week for Kanzen.
It started with Evan Madurawala going up and achieving his purple belt. Excellent technique and power.
We then celebrated Independence Day by throwing 1,776 punches and kicks, for which we will be paying the price tomorrow.
And to top it all off, the legendary Timmy Smith will be returning to the dojo. Very excited for that.
