I went to a skincare show this week and had such a good time…but I also noticed something 👀

A lot of estheticians are showing up to these events but not actually leveraging them.

They’re:
– collecting samples instead of connections
– walking around without a plan
– not following up with the people they meet

And that’s where the real opportunities are.

Trade shows like these can lead to:
✨ partnerships
✨ clients
✨ speaking opportunities
✨ long-term growth

But only if you treat it like more than just a day out.

This is exactly why I’m so big on being a whole esthetician—not just focusing on your craft, but how you show up in business too.

and I headed to Philadelphia for the International Congress of Esthetics & Spa ! It’s a smaller version of the NY show but I got to create more connections with the brands that were there. They also had live demos on the floor and workshops and conferences are included with your ticket!
