Brianne is one of our newest instructors leading sessions in Illinois and brings the kind of energy that instantly makes you want to exhale. Grounded, calming, and deeply connected to the body, her sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, and strength in a way that feels both restorative and empowering.
With over 20 years of teaching experience across the U.S. and abroad, Brianne’s approach has been shaped by years spent living in Panama and Nicaragua, where she deepened her connection to nature, movement, and holistic well-being. Her sessions encourage intuitive movement, breath awareness, and finding a rhythm that supports both body and mind.
She holds a 500-ERYT certification from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, along with certifications in Paddle Board Yoga and Thai Massage Therapy, bringing a uniquely thoughtful and approachable style to every session she leads.
Whether it’s a grounding restorative flow or a stronger, more dynamic practice, Brianne creates space to slow down, reconnect, and feel like yourself again. 🌿

Motherhood has somehow become one of the biggest parts of our friendship and the way we’ve built Well Reserved together.
Between the chaos, the schedules, the FaceTimes with kids climbing all over us during work calls, the dinners that turn into dance parties, the pool days, the meltdowns, the nonstop multitasking… we’ve also found so much joy in doing this season of life alongside each other, all with our kids watching us build it together in real time, learning the importance of wellness and what it means.
It’s about feeling good.
Feeling supported.
Finding moments to breathe, laugh, move, connect, and feel like ourselves again, even in the middle of the madness.
