Fitting in workout time has been much harder than I thought.
I’ve been fitting in a few minutes most days during our walks in Central Park or during nap time, along with lots of walking and running after an Energizer-Bunny-Toddler.
But now it’s time to recommit to a more structured plan. I’ve put together a workout plan for the next 6 weeks that includes daily mini strength training routines ranging from 5-10 minutes. That’s it.
I’ve chosen only the most effective exercises and routines to rebuild muscle I’ve lost, get my definition back, heal my diastasis recti, and to feel and look strong again.

It's like the sun has flipped a switch in my brain. Three weeks ago all I wanted was stews, soups and warm food. Now, I can't get enough of salads for lunch and dinner and my veggie smoothies for breakfast. In this morning's yoga class Laura talked about the change in energy that comes with Spring and how all of a sudden we want to clean out our closets, kickstart change and have this abundance of energy. I love ❤️ this energy change!
