Hey Gary, it’s gonna hit mid 50s today, let’s take the workout outside’ he () said. Ok.
He was my first client when I decided to say bye-bye to working at a gym and go independent. Who knew that what started in 2007 would still be going strong 14 years later. He pushes me to push go hard on him. I hope to be as energetic, motivated and strong when I’m nearly 80 years old.
Sedentary lifestyle doesn’t sit well with . He’s a reminder of what being active and exercising regularly can do for one’s well-being physically and mentally. Btw, he can chest press with 70lb dumbbells. 💪💪💪. Talk about motivation.

Hmm, I’m sitting here sweating bullets while in deep thought wondering did I finish 3 sets of deadlifts or 2? At 52 the memory is what it was at 32; gone! J/K. 😂😂😂.

The first pic - taken In April 2021 - inspired me to do a bit of cleaning up my diet with less j***y stuff and more daily intake of greens, fiber and cleaner carbs. I still ate carbs but cut back on the j***y ones. The last pic is proof that eating cleaner and regularly makes the body respond with less body fat.
