These virtual movement sessions for seniors are designed to keep our loved ones healthy, active and agile while they stay safely in their homes.
Sessions are specifically designed around their unique needs and environment.

Fall prevention
Pain therapy
Improved balance
Mental and physical wellness
These sessions will help our loved ones to have something to look forward to and work toward everyday. Sessions serve to create a routine and make sure that they are getting up and out of bed and moving everyday. It is a wonderful way to help decrease anxiety and provide a sense of control during this difficult time.
