We meet every Saturday @11am and Thursday @6:30pm at TSP (Tompkins Square Park - 10th St. and Ave. We also host a 30-minute Core Only workout on Zoom every Wednesday at 12:00pm for only $5.00! All classes are taught by both Mark and Rick, who have taught seminars, workshops, and classes in places such as Los Angeles, London, Ireland, and Zurich, in addition to having competed internationally.
$20.00 a class. All levels welcome.

This Tuesday, June 17th coach Rick Seedman , will be doing a two hour Calisthenics Workshop at .
This is open to all levels. We’ll be going over the fundamentals and building blocks of bodyweight training, routines, and progressions towards more advanced movements.
Join me while I’m in town for a great training experience.
