When did you start at Club Pilates? I started at Club Pilates a year ago at a different location. I recently came on board at Ardsley this past March 2019. Loving every minute of it!!!! 🙌❤️🌈 Favorite Pilates exercise? 🤔This is a tough one because I am in love with most pilates exercises. BUT I do love a good pull up series on the Wunda Chair. It just seems to pull it ALL together.✅ Favorite Song to do Pilates to? Omg do I have to pick one……I can’t. For a flow one or 1 1/2 I might pick a steady 100 bpm’s song list. Power music has a series called chill. They work well and don’t intrude on the mind-body aspect. Lots of space in the mind for connecting to your body. For a flow 2  or higher I may choose pop/hiphop at 95 to 105 bpms. To add a little bang. BUT it’s the cardio sculpt and CP control classes that get the party music!!!! This week I’m stuck on Shakira, Try Everything!!!! I won’t give up I won’t give in till I reach the end!!!! 🎤🎼🎼 Have you had any injuries improve due to Pilates? I was a singer dancer 🎤💃🏻and destroyed my feet. After 4 foot operations I pretty much had opened a can of worms and was void of balance. After a 3 month stint at Harkness Pavillion PT for dancers NYC and extensive pilates apparatus work I was put back together. Hence, I began my pilates apparatus certification journey. Don’t know what I would be doing today if it was not for Pilates.💪💪 What do you love about Club Pilates? Diversity!!! With so many pilates apparatus pieces and the addition of bosu, trx, foam rollers, gliders, bands, weights I can guarantee a total body experience to every member. 👏👏🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️ Do you have any kids, if so how many? Yes but they have paws…lol Two Boxers, Macho and Portia. LOVE THEM LIKE KIDS🐶🐶❤️❤️ Where are you from? Venus lol  New York!!!!😂🤣😂🤣 What is your favorite food? SUSHI!!!! BANG!🍣🍣 Where would you love to travel to that you haven’t been? I have traveled extensively but I have not made it to Thailand….. YET!!! ✈️🏝 Fun Fact about yourself?
