🥦Reminder: THIS is how to make Roasted Frozen Broccoli! Tender, easy, and so delish. It’s the only way my little enjoys 🥦 right now so we have it weekly. Recipe is linked here: https://www.yummytoddlerfood.com/roasted-frozen-broccoli/ This first time, we ate it while I was cooking dinner which was low pressure and unexpected for my son. I also started by letting him feed me which he LOVED and then he copied. Now he calls this “brown broccoli”❤️ Sometimes going with the flow and having fun with food—rather than always focusing on “getting” them to eat—can be just the thing to make food more enjoyable for everyone. To make: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place a bag of frozen broccoli onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, coating and mixing well until all of the florets are a little shiny and coated with oil. Sprinkle with salt, if using. Roast for an additional 10 minutes, adding grated Parmesan for the final 2 minutes. The broccoli will be tender, lightly browned and slightly crispy around the edges. 03/25/2023
