Well we'll well! Back it again. After a holiday break. Hope everyone enjoyed themselves! The new schedule I'm working on. I'm trying 5 to 6 day workouts, but I will see🙏🏾
Today's workout.
Stretching: 10 minutes.
Bike: 15 minutes.
Weights: Bench press 3 sets 12 reps.
Dumbbells Flys 3 sets 12 reps.
Dumbbells Bicep curls 2 sets 12 reps.
Triceps pull backs 2 sets 10 reps.
Shoulder shrugs 3 sets 12 reps.
Dumbbells rows 2 sets 12 reps.
Bar Squats 2 set 10 reps "first time trying it out"
Bench Crunch 50 reps.
Bench reverse Crunches 50 reps.
Rope: 3 rope exercises 10 reps each.
Heavy bag: 2, 3 minutes rounds

Welcome back! Workout Wednesday! Sick last week, so we back today!
Stretching: 10 to 15 min.
Bike: 15 min.
Bench: Dumbbells bench press 3 sets 12 reps.
Incline Dumbbells press 3 sets 12 reps.
Resistance band: Bicep curls 2 sets 10 reps.
Triceps pull downs 2 sets 10 reps.
Heavy bag: Kickboxing techniques 30 min.

You know What Time it is! Wednesday workout! It's time to suit up one more time this weekend. Black test for the new generation.
Today workout.
Stretching: 10 to 15 mins.
Circuit: Bike, Push ups, Crunches. 2 min 2 sets. For one exercise 2 min. Then to next exercise.
Heavy/Double end bag: 2 min rounds. 3 rounds. 1st rnd Double end bag, 2nd & 3rd Heavy bag. Work on Parry Counters.
I'm back at it again. Wednesday workout. I'll be back on track next week with a full 3 day workout!
Stretching: 10mins
Stationary Bike: 12min
Bench: Bench press 4 sets 10 reps
Dumbbells Flys 3 sets 12 reps
Incline Dumbbells press 3 sets 12 reps
Dumbbells shrugs 2 sets 10 reps "Forward, Back, Up & Down for each move 10 reps"
Heavy bag: Kickboxing drills 18 mins
Wicked Wednesday! Back at it again.
Stretching: 5min.
Planks: 2 super sets 20 reps.
Legs Raises: 2 set 20 reps.
Crunches: 50 reps.
Bike: 10min
Agility Ladder: 3 sets, each set 1 drill 4x.
Heavy/Reflex/Double end bag: 3 min rounds, Circuit each bag 3min 1min rest between rounds for 2 cycles.
I'm working on new 3 day work out week. Weight training, Weapons training, and kickboxing.
