Endo ladies🔈 I know Endometriosis can be scary, frustrating, exhausting and a million other things. But I also know it can get better. Leave any questions you have below. I wish I had more people to talk to/resources when I was at my sickest🧡

Spend the day with me 🤌🏼 Thankful that our weather is getting nicer because the way I run around manhattan is wild lmao.

I dont get to film a lot of my clients but im working on sharing more. Every single one is on a different program according to their goals (obviously!), their work schedules, health conditions, life stressors etc.

I say this all the time but your fitness/wellness routine has to be one that you can stick to on your busiest/most stressful weeks - so that you can do it consistently. Itll take you farther in the long run.

Showing up for yourself daily is important but what that actually looks like can fluctuate depending on how stressful your week has been, where you are in your cycle, how much sleep your schedule allows etc.

I personally worked out on Monday this week and will get my other two lifts in on friday and saturday. Why? Because my tues-thur work schedule was crazy and forcing it on a day where I was running around the city on not-optimal sleep would have further depleted me.

Have your goals for the week and be okay with changing the plan according to how you feel and what your body actually needs.

✨When you shift from “I have to do this” to “what can I do to recharge my system today?” everything changes for the better.✨

As a women’s health coach, we are not going to ignore the fact that our bodies/hormones are always changing- with age, with life’s stress, seasons changing etc

If I could offer you one piece of advice when you’re “going through it” with your body - it’s that those new symptoms/fluctuations are information to help you, not symptoms to frustrate you.

We are going to be proactive and work with our bodies because we literally have them FOR LIFE.
