KUDO Daido Juku HIGHLIGHT 05/03/2018

Enjoyable Kudo highlights. Kudo is a Japanese hybrid martial art that combines Kyokushin and Judo. The kata were eliminated without replacement so the style focuses mainly on kihon and combat. Takashi Azuma, the founder of had issues with Kyokushin and founded his own style. Kudo, as seen in this link, has grappling and head punches.

This is a packed weekend. Sensei Dante is fighting in Manhattan this Saturday. Sunday is the Church Avenue Street Fair. Several of us will be attending both events. Let's get together Sunday to unwind, enjoy some food, and meet our new neighborhood!

If you're starting to exercise outside since the weather is nicer, have watermelon and cantaloupe after your workout instead of bananas. Bananas are great for potassium but they won't hydrate you. Why not kill two birds with one stone?
