Zelina Vega revealed on her gamer podcast Zelvx and Charlie Girl with Dakota Kai that she was involved in a serious rental car crash. She mentioned the crash was due to heavy rain while heading to the airport after filming a movie. Despite the vehicle being totaled, Zelina Vega escaped without injury, and still managed to catch her flight home. An officer questioned her about being on the phone while driving, but Zelina Vega said the road was bad, and that's why she was on the phone. The officer, and another official then helped Zelina Vega reach the airport.
