For the past year, I’ve spoken openly about my desire to expand my business into something more. To use my vast knowledge in other modalities to help build bigger projects making a greater impact than I can do alone. ⁣

What I didn’t expect happened in the past 6 months. ⁣

In my pursuit of question where I wanted to take my life, I slowly became disconnected to the social media space. Deep within the depths of my heart, I didn’t (and still don’t) believe this space aligns with my values of creating a mentally healthy space for its users. ⁣

As this truth solidified even more over time, ever fiber of my being was holding me back from continuing to join the rat race of ‘the online coach on Instagram’. ⁣

Simply put - this space is not a representation of who I truly am, what I’m capable of, and what I believe in. ⁣

So I allowed myself to stop for a bit, come back to myself without distraction, felt like I could breathe again. ⁣

Without the looming feeling of having to support others every day, my attention has come back to myself allowing me the space to explore the endless possibilities of what I’m capable of creating for my future. ⁣

Only later did I come to realize that attracting abundance entailed a delicate balance. ⁣

It required taking purposeful actions that were harmoniously aligned with an unshakable belief—a deep-seated KNOWING—that it was inevitable.⁣
